House holiday rentals in Depoe Bay

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Great homey and welcoming house. The view of the ocean was amazing. Great place to explore the coast north and south. House had everything we needed. Comfy beds! Thank you for letting us experience a wonderful setting on the coast!

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

It was a beautiful home and the experience was thoughtfully designed. Great space and functional kitchen. We loved the hot tub and outdoor shower. An abundance of towels, organized, and a great experience overall. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great stay at the coast. The home is very well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit. Brad was an excellent host - communicating ahead of time about an amenity that had a mishap and offering a reasonable accommodation instead. Really enjoyed our time here!

My husband and I stayed with our adult children and 4 grandchildren under the age of eight. The house held all of us well - the upstairs/downstairs configuration worked well for us. Every appliance and furniture seemed to work well - in good shape. The house has a cozy feel, and fantastic viewing almost 360 degrees. Great deck. The firepit and walk way to the beach are handy and fun. Can't say enough about the location - really nice. We're spoiled now.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, private, and offered plenty of activities to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made our experience even better. The river nearby was stunning, and the beach wasn’t too far either. Even the drive to and from the property was scenic. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back.

The views are breathtaking, home is tidy, clean and well-kept. It’s a short scenic walk to town and there are many nearby activities. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time, especially relaxing in the hot tub, watching the waves crash after fun days of exploration. Thank you!

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

This is such an amazing home! It’s quiet and private. You can’t see any neighboring houses. The beach is very private as well. We felt like we had our own private tidepools just down the steps. Our three days there we never saw another person on the beach. We utilized the hot tub and the cliff side fire pit often. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Don’t use gps to find. It’s way off and there’s no cell service. Just watch the addresses on the mailboxes as you get closer. Also screenshot the address and code before, because you won’t be able to access them near the home. We would absolutely stay here again! It’s one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is incredibly comfortable, offering an amazing beach view and spectacular sunsets! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop, and shopping. I highly recommend staying at this house. You will love it!

Enjoyed our time here. Beds were comfortable, it was nice there were a variety of pillows and blankets to choose from. Entry/check in was easy. A few steps required for entry, but otherwise step free with walk-in shower for those with mobility restrictions. The carpet shows some wear as the home is older, but it is clean and has nice charm, newer comfortable furniture, a quaint kitchen and OUTSTANDING views. I did miss AC and Smart TV. Luckily the l tv service included a Netflix channel. We enjoyed the fireplace and the swivel rocker seating. The dining table has a great view too and we enjoyed dining by beautiful sunsets. We had nice breeze in the house with windows open and loved the ocean roaring sounds. Kitchen had everything we needed and a spotless fridge. The home is only a short block off the Hwy but I didn’t notice traffic noise. Actually we loved that it was only a short walk to all the Depot Bay shops. We are definitely hoping to return for another visit.

Beautiful, clean property. Very comfortable with peaceful views of the ocean. Nice beach within walking distance and easy access. Home had every amenity and was thoughtfully decorated. Good beds. Close to shopping. Highly recommended.

Amazing home right on the water with greater than 180 degree views of the ocean! We got to see sea life and eagles every day right from the home’s deck. Extremely comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen and just as described. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay here, the home was incredible and the views were gorgeous. Everything was spotless and maintained well. We all felt as though we had stepped into a Nancy Meyers movie!

This place had everything we needed & more! Stainless steel cookware, bbq, & gas stove! Felt right at home but from the beach. The beds were all very comfortable. It had a space for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean! Lots of shower towels & beach towels! Sand toys with a kite that we had a blast flying at the beach! Kids books, pack n play, some toys. We’ve stayed in depo bay so many times we definitely will be back specifically for this place! A+ review!!

The view was absolutely breathtaking! Vacasa did a great job with communicating and gave very clear instructions. The place itself was pretty nice and had everything we needed. Some downsides though…I do think that for the extra $100+ we paid for cleaning, it could have been so much more cleaner. The bed was not comfortable. There was indeed a very weird smell like mentioned in some other reviews. I couldn’t tell if it was mold or dog pee. That is the one downside of allowing pets to Airbnb homes. I have a very strong sense of smell so I actually had to open the sliding door in the bedroom to have some fresh air cause the smell was that bad and that strong. Some of the blankets had stains on them that were very visible. There are no curtains in the bedroom so it was hard to sleep with light coming through. Even though there were downsides, the view was so beautiful and worth it. We do plan on coming back again someday.

I can’t recommend this house enough! From top to bottom, it is gorgeous, tastefully furnished, with top of the line amenities. Every room was well-stocked. In particular, the beds and pillows were heaven, and the towels felt like a luxury spa. Our family loved the stocked game room and the outside Adirondack chairs with fire pit. The view and sunset were unreal! It’s a quick drive to the stunning beaches and great restaurants and shops. But, honestly, we barely wanted to leave the house. It was pristine, comfortable, and there wasn’t one thing we were lacking. There was even a welcome set-up and charming touches from the moment we arrived. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions and was great to work with. I wish we would’ve stayed longer, and think this property is worth every penny. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view could NOT have been better! The internet probably wouldn’t have supported working, but who wants to work with that view anyway! My husband said it was the best bed of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in and we would not hesitate to stay again.
