Gatineau Park literally next door for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing (downhill+cross country), swimming, skating, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding or just wandering around in the glorious woods . Enjoying this place is simply paradise. Calm, relaxing, you can enjoy your vacation in so many ways. From simply reading a book facing the lake on the patio, walking on the lake (when well frozen) or enjoying a quiet nap, swimming in the heated private pool or jacuzzi, it is simply paradise. Once you come and enjoy our place, you only want to come back again. There is always something to entertain your stay. The Meadow

Welcome to our modern countryside cabin located on a 2 acre lot in Wakefield, Quebec. Come relax and recharge for a few days while taking advantage of nature and the cozy interior with fireplace. There is plenty to do nearby: discover the Wakefield village, its restaurants, boutiques, farms, the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, Eco-Odyssee, the nearby golf courses and ski hills, etc. (CITQ Permit #298430. We pay all Sales and Income taxes to the prov/fed governments).

PERCHED CABIN at Mariposa Farm

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.
