The detached house is completely renovated (2021) and located on a quiet holiday park and has a spacious garden all around. Nord 312 has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200 cm, desk and open cupboard and the other room has two beds of 80x200 cm (possibly one of these beds can be made into a double bed) and open cupboard.
