She is super clean, nice, kind and very very helpful. The full family was just pampering me. Anyway we are now families. My check-out was supposed to be today but she gave more days (4nights and 5 days). We definitely recommend 101% to those who want a good apartment to stay in benin. The host and her family are the very good and selfless ❤️. She is always checking on me and she gave me full access to what i need .i call her mommy not host cos she is like a mom to me , she made what brought me to Nigeria soothed and i was super excited . Will definitely come by again and again and again and again and again and again again again again .

I didn’t stay here because it took too long for my payment to be verified which was Airbnb’s fault not the host. The host explained what the situation was, I tried to contact Airbnb but they weren’t responding fast enough so I had to cancel. Overall the host was still nice and responsive.

Jayesan’s apartment exceeded all my expectations for a luxury apartment. I initially paid for the three-bedroom unit but decided to upgrade to the five-bedroom unit as it felt really homey. I was very impressed with the serene, classy interior decor, as well as the security, comfort, and luxury. It was worth every penny. Jayesan was super responsive, friendly, and physically on the premises whenever needed. There was also a property manager available to answer any questions. Overall, we received seven-star treatment. The house looks even more beautiful than the pictures shown here. My family and guests had a great time in Warri, thanks to the valuable tips from the host. We will definitely stay in this apartment on our next visit to Warri.

I had a truly wonderful 10-day stay at Blue Pearl Hotel in Benin City. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out and made my experience unforgettable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Benin City — it’s hands down the best accommodation in town. Thank you to the entire team at Blue Pearl Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable!

Osarobo house is just as described...and more. The host is outstanding,providing quick responses and helpful tips. The accommodation is indeed home away from home...spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again
