Holiday rentals with breakfast in Delta County

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Colleen's bed and breakfast on Washington Island for the weekend. She and her husband were incredibly gracious and attentive hosts-- and make a delicious breakfast! The property has a beautiful bay view in the rooms and on the patio area. The sound of waves on the beach makes sleeping easy. Just a minute or two from the ferry landing and local pizza. If we make it to the island for a visit again, we'd like to do it here. Thank you for having us!

This was my second time staying here- great value, comfortable rooms, and peaceful environment. Check in instructions were clear and there was excellent communication from the host. Would definitely come back for a third time

we arrived later than we had planned and everything was exceptionally accommodating. The character and background was an added bonus.

Beautiful location with views of Little Bay de Noc. Fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the property is "green" friendly, even had pipes, papers and a grinder. For those that don't care for that smell (like my wife), no worries! She couldn't detect even a faint whiff. Huge driveway if you have your boat or ATVs and a fire pit out back. Definitely recommend if you're visiting the Escanaba area.

The downtown location is great!! Lots of good places to eat around, super helpful hosts, always responds fast.

omg, I have been in airbnbs outside the country Mexico and Costa Rica, Canada and many in the US. I have never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked with food and supplies for you to eat and use. Pam was a excellent communicator and she helped me in every area that I needed. and it was always a very quick response. We stayed for a month so we were able to cover all parts of the upper peninsula which was fabulous. We came in late in May stayed to late June and the weather was perfect. I would absolutely, absolutely stay there again. Great location for staying My husband and I are retired and travel staying in a different airbna app over the US. This was a fabulous place to stay to experience the upper peninsula. Gladstone is on the Michigan side and we went to so many different state and national parks hiking. We also spend a lot of time on the Superior side. it was only an hour drive. We stayed in Delta Den, no stairs and it was handicap accessible. Stay at Pams

Pamela’s place was exactly as described! Everything was clean and in working condition. Pamela’s place was the most well stocked AirBNB we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in dozens of different rentals over the years! The bed and pillows are very comfortable! Pamela is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to inquiries! We visited Fayette Historic Park one afternoon and it’s fabulous if you enjoy history! We had a delicious dinner at the Freshwater Tavern nearby on the lake! If we are back in the area again we would definitely rent Pamela’s place again!

This two floor gem is a respite tucked away on a side road north of Escanaba. Terry (Dillion’s Mom) was always responsive and the house is well stocked with plates and glasses and pots and pans, towels and any toiletry one might have forgotten. Snacks and water/juice/ sparkling water were waiting upon our arrival. The bed was firm yet very comfortable. The living area full of comfortable chairs. Definitely recommend.

I stayed for a week and enjoyed the area. It was only an hour from Munising where I had planned a bunch of activities. The place was bigger than the pictures and had everything I needed to cook for the week. Had a little issue initially connecting to the internet but Pam was responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again if I’m in the area.

Very clean, lots of activities (books/puzzles/DVDs etc. Nice to be off line for a while. We could see (and hear) lots of fireworks on the 4th. We never saw any staff, yet everything was done.

The Garden Grove Airbnb was a perfect place to stay the night after spending all day enjoying Fayette Historic State Park. Our room and the shared bathroom all were well-equipped and clean. The surroundings were very quiet allowing for a great night sleep prior to our long trip home. Our room on the third floor had AC which was needed even on a relatively cool day. For Verizon users, cell service was very limited so have your check-in instructions saved off prior to arriving.

This is a great place for a single person traveling through the UP. Very comfortable room, the shower was a few doors down the hall- very clean. Having a mini fridge, coffee maker and sink was perfect. The only drawback to this particular room is that there is no A/C and the windows do not open, so on a hot day it is very stuffy unless you want to leave your door open (the hallway is air conditioned). There is a ceiling fan, but it was still a bit too warm. Overall, an affordable, comfortable and safe place to stay.

Very nice place to stay, very budget friendly. Was a great place to stay for an evening so we could see more attractions. I thought the room was very cozy, the bathrooms were only two doors down from our room. I like the fact we had a sink and mirror in the room. The only thing is the bottom rooms didn’t have air. It was a little stuffy, when I wrote them they did tell me they had fans available. I ended up having a small one I carry around for my dog in the car, we were able to open the windows and pull some air from outside in. It was dog friendly as well. I would stay again.

Nicole and her team were quick to return messages and answer questions. This was my first solo trip. The building was rlecenty renovated. Very quiet, A/C unit on the window and small fridge in the room were unexpected bonuses. Although the room was small, it was clean and the bed was comfy. Easy drive to several interesting places to explore. Water to drink and clean towels always available in the hallway. Will be back!

Literally, the PERFECT last minute grab on my way thru the UP…I clean houses and airbnbs on the side so I have some pretty high standards on cleanliness and wow…it was amazing!! Quiet atmosphere…felt like a step back in time…absolutely lovely. Cant wait to make another trip soon!
