I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

It was a beautiful stay and everything were just like the photos! We enjoyed our stayed!

We had the best weekend at the house with our two young children and dog. We loved the house, we loved exploring the property and close by water. We couldn't be closer to town. I can't wait to go back again!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy country retreat. The surroundings were peaceful, with beautiful views. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had all the little touches that made it feel welcoming. Our host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time away from the city. Highly recommend!

The house is great. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 adults and a baby. We had a funeral in Delhi which was an easy drive. The decor is so nice and the views are beautiful. We also were able to comfortably host another 7 adults for a few hours one evening. My only concern was the lack of cell service in the area. (My daughter had to drive alone in the dark and the rain on those winding country roads.) Maybe just warn guests in advance and suggest where to get cell service if it's needed.

Very cute house on a big plot of land. Perfect for walking the dog. House was well equipped for cooking and Kim was great at communicating. Would definitely come back.

From the moment I booked Sally’s place I couldn’t wait to go. The home was beautiful, the scenery was amazing and it was close to SUNY Delhi where my son’s graduation was held. I only wish i had found it before he graduated as we stayed in many places over the last two years that were so far away from the school. Sally was so attentive and always responded right away. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a beautiful, private, and relaxing farmhouse and property Nils provides for his guests! The house was perfect for our group of 6 hikers on the Finger Lakes Trail. We all wished we had more time to spend in this wonderfully bucolic setting!

Thoughtfully restored country home with wonderful surroundings. It was perfect for our friend get-together for the week. Loved the art, books, amenities, antique fixtures and peace and quiet. The kitchen is well-equiped. The house was clean and free of that harsh smell that some cleaning products have. There are plenty of games to play and books to read if the weather keeps you inside. And espresso to be had. Outdoor space is very nice. We all had a great time, even with the rain, and hope to return again.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I've ever stayed at. The photos really don't do it justice. There was plenty of space for my two sons and their partners. The windows provided a great view of the pond, and the spring peepers put us to sleep at night. My grandson was mesmerized by all the birds we could see and hear. My favorite room was at the top of the stairs, where the windows truly brought the outdoor feeling inside - a cozy place to read, lounge and sleep. This is a lovely home and Carin made us feel right at home with her proactive and welcoming communication. Thank you!

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

We had a great visit while at Dmitri's house. It rained and was cold while we were there at the end of May. But the house was so comfortable and the scenic location made up for the bad weather. The house was very clean, has many amenities, including great natural light throughout the home, spacious bedroom spaces, modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. The surrounding property, deck, and outdoor space is beautiful; although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it fully due to the weather. We would definitely book this home again.

Charming & peaceful! My family & I stayed for 2 nights while visiting our property. The farmhouse is full of old charm with modern vibes. So many delightful extras from the welcome note with a bottle or wine, the record player with some groovy tunes to relax & play cards to, all the kitchen cabinets labeled with extreme detail. The welcome packet had so much and we took advantage on their suggestion of their favorite restaurant - Hamdon Inn. There are even linen bags ready for a trip to the local farmers market. the only negative is that we had to go home. A remarkable stay & the communication was impeccable!
