Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Delaware Bay

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

My mom, sisters, friends and I enjoyed a relaxing fun filled time at the Coastal Oasis at the Chesapeake for our Mother's Day Retreat. The view is amazing and truly can be seen from every room in the house! Being able to see the beauty and calmness of the water helped each of us kick back and let the stress melt away. The big dinning room table allowed all of us all to enjoy breakfasts, dinners and touching conversations together. My guests loved the décor and raved about every detail. The beds and furniture were comfortable and house clean. I would definitely come back!

We loved this stay! The lite house was very nice and renovated, while still maintaining original structure. The porches all around were great and the view from the master bedroom was stunning. Easy walk to small private beach. Town is about a 10 minute drive. We dined at Woodys and the Wellwood and they were both tasty!

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Kimberly’s home, and it was just as magical as we remembered. The views of the water are absolutely stunning—whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, it’s hard to look away. The location is perfect: peaceful but just a short walk to shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the Peloton and treadmill—such a bonus for staying active during our trip. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We decided last minute to travel over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate to find Katie's place open for a few days. She is a very responsive host. Home was very clean and as listed. We were able to bring our dog and found her property to be very dog friendly. Peaceful location just a short walk to the bay. Perfect for small family with pet. Close to all Cape May has to offer.

I just stayed two nights at this house. Cindy was very nice and patient with all of my questions whenever I asked by the phone call or message. The house is clean and well organized. I highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for a week for our family vacation. We are a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because with the beautiful view, dock, beach area, canoe, kayaks, hot tub, game room/ library, corn hole, and fire pit we all had plenty to keep us entertained. Everyone loved Mary & Shelly’s place, and it provided the perfect space for us to enjoy the river and each other’s company!

Great location, super clean, helpful hosts, great layout... we can't say enough good things about this place! We will be back for sure!

Tara was very responsive to us during our stay and prompt. The home was perfect for my husband and I as well as our two kids, in laws and dog. The fenced in yard was very nice for our dog. We enjoy walking to the bay which was nice and close even though our daughter called it the scary beach since there were horseshoe crabs everywhere (we learned it's their season to lay eggs in the sand). The home is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

Jenn’s place is just outside downtown Doylestown. This is a great choice if you are staying in this area - a short drive to downtown Doylestown, Peddler’s Village, New Hope, and other attractions in Bucks County. Jenn and her family are friendly and their dogs are adorable. This cottage has historic charm and met all of our needs.

We had the best time staying at Sharon’s home in the Villas. Just four houses from the bay, the location was perfect for peaceful walks and stunning sunset views. Sharon kindly allowed us to bring our dog—which we’ve never done before—and it made the trip even more special. Her home was cozy, clean, and immediately felt like our own. We felt so welcomed and at ease the entire time. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay was so calm and easy and peaceful. Elaine made our place cozy and fully accommodated with everything we could have needed. My husband particularly loved the location and the remote feeling of the home while still being close to the beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very clean and organized. It was perfect for my husband and I. We had our two tiny dogs as well and they enjoyed the yard and the peaceful surroundings. The bed was super comfy which is so important to me. I slept great! We enjoyed the hot tub each night of our stay (4 nights.) 3 minutes down the road is one of the most beautiful lakes and parks I have ever been to. It's huge with lots of woodsy hiking trails and expansive meadows. It's awesome that Cayla provides paddleboards to get out on the gorgeous lake. Last, I really appreciate the thorough instructions for how to use the appliances (heating/cooling, coffee maker, hot tub, etc.) No guesswork here. I greatly appreciated the chalkboard and book of suggestions of things to do in the area as well. There is another cottage behind the front cottage with a big field separating the two and the driveway is shared. This was no problem for us. It still felt private and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Even though the weather was not on our side most of our stay, we loved the peace and quiet, the cozy home atmosphere and the beach wildlife! I’m sure on warm sunny days the place is even better. You can see the ocean out of the window which is definitely very nice! And you hear the waves all the time, it is great. Our kids enjoyed observing ghost crabs and rescuing horseshoe crabs. The house was very clean and had all we needed. Highly recommend this place and the host for an enjoyable and peaceful stay!

We really enjoyed being so close to the bay. Very peaceful location. The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. Queen bed was very comfortable. Nice back yard space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We appreciated that plenty of towels and linens were provided. Linda was friendly and responsive. Meeting her dog Cider was an added treat!

We are repeat guests at the cabana. It is a great place to stay! Always clean, right near the Tiki Bar, beautiful setting and love listening to the water under the cabana. The hosts are always responsive!

We had a day of really bad weather but the place is so comfortable we just read and ate and chilled. That front enclosed porch is perfect!
