Holiday rentals with a sauna in Del Mar

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Place was clean and you feel very safe here. Definitely one of my new favorite properties to stay at and Host answered all questions in a timely manner.

Everything was great, so many amenities in the unit AND the facility. Our grandson REALLY loved the arcade (all free) on the first floor. We enjoyed the pools and spas. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The BBQs were cleaned daily and spotless (like new) when used. We were in San Diego for baseball games at Petco which was right across the street! We will come again! Thank you Charles for making our annual family vacation 5 star!

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Great place, lots of room and so many extras! Everything you could even imagine needing for vacation. Heather and her husband were so kind and welcoming, and were available to us during our entire stay. The home offered plenty of space, and anything you may need to cook full meals, beach items, and laundry supplies. Will definitely return!

It’s honestly such a beautiful spot – right by the water with ocean views. The place was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, peaceful beach retreat. Would totally come back!

We stayed at Vidal's place to attend our niece's graduation from UCSD, and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, my sister could crash on the couch, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I parked my vehicle and didn't have to drive it until we left! Everything was within walking distance and worth the views while walking. I loved the view from the balcony, the beach was close. We left the windows open for the fresh air, just a fan as needed. I absolutely recommended this place, Mindy was a beautiful and wonderful host. The bed nearest the window was so soft and the sheets were so comfortable! Mindy, where did you get those sheets? Everything you needed for a beach day was already in the apartment, no need to bring your own! It was free of clutter and absolutely beautiful facility. The pool was not overcrowded, we did not indulge. The koi pond was serene, bring some quarters to feed them. The foliage and flowers around the property attracts beautiful butterflies. This is a must stay place!!! Thank you Mindy for accommodating my needs and time frame. You were the only one that was so flexible! THANK YOU!

We had an amazing stay in Oceanside. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. We loved the location—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything Oceanside has to offer. Our host, Reen was always quick to respond, gave us awesome local recommendations, and made us feel like more than just guests. If you’re headed to Oceanside, this is the place to stay. Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Great Airbnb within walking distance of the beach. Can hear the sounds of the ocean from the condo. Host was very friendly and communicated well. The best was super comfortable and room felt great at night with the windows partially open. This location was very clean and had a fresh smell. Sofa looked a little dated, dont let that make you pick elsewhere as it was very comfortable.

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Our family truly enjoyed staying here. The location is awesome because it has incredible views all around the property. There are a lot of great outdoor spaces to just hang out; a great way to break away from our hectic day-to-day. The layout of the home is great with the master BD in one side (very spacious room) and the other 3 on the other side of the home. We were well entertained and relaxed during our entire stay. The host is very thoughtful and ensures the stay is stress free. Overall, great experience, I highly recommend.

We stayed Saturday through Monday morning to celebrate my stepchildren’s graduation dinner party, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for family time — from lounging by the pool to barbecuing and relaxing together. The sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge were incredible touches — everyone enjoyed them. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt exactly as it should: peaceful, easy, and just right. Jake was an amazing host — responsive, clear, and kind. If I ever come across another property hosted by Jake, even in a different city, I’d book with him first without hesitation. My stay was nothing but amazing and comfortable. I’m already looking forward to booking again!

Our stay at Matt and Trish’s home was so great! Our kids immediately were occupied with all the toys/books/bunks that were available, we had an easy breezy check in and check out, the house itself was lovely and offered more than enough comfy space for our family of 4 and we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Matt and Trish were very kind and responsive hosts and it felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely return the next time we visit the area.

Lori's place was a great spot near Mission Beach. She and her team were very responsive and friendly. They allowed us to check in a few minutes early to accomodate our toddler. They had a pack n' play, as well as plenty of kids books available. The rooftop was great, and the space was clean and as advertised. The stairs were a bit tricky with a two year old (there were a lot of them) but we knew that going into it. Overall, a family friendly spot with great proximity to the beach and local restaurants and coffee! They also had boogie boards and chairs for the beach, which was a nice bonus. I would recommend!

We had a great stay at Christi and Charles's place. The house and outdoor area are very spacious, modern and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need, and there are several great restaurants a short walk away. Everyone in our family remarked on how comfortable the beds were . Charles and Christi were superb hosts and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful home and neighborhood!

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The house was spacious, very clean, and had a great layout for both kids and adults. The backyard was a huge hit — we all loved playing ping pong and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, and we loved how close we were to all the beautiful beaches and everything in San Diego. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
