Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

We certainly enjoyed our first visit to Playa del Coco and the Los Palmas area. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo itself was comfortable and as described, just right for two people. Pleasant surroundings and great, helpful, welcoming neighbours. Enjoyed the privacy of the front porch which was steps away from the pool.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for a week of exploring Coco and surrounding areas. We were close to the beach, a market with everything we needed, and walking distance to everything in Coco. We swam in the pool daily. My daughter is 6, and everyone in the complex was extremely kind and friendly towards both of us. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! Thanking you for allowing kids in your cozy complex, and for making this such a special vacation for the two of us! Would definitely stay again!

Booked 2 months here and unexpectedly had to cancel 1 month in due to a family emergency and Calin was very understandable about it. He even gave me a ride to the airport on late notice. The unit itself was absolutely awesome. Has everything you need, lots of pots and pans, small supermarket right next door with a good selection of food, a very short walk to an amazing beach, and great restaurants a short walk away (my favorite was The Wave bar and grill, they had every sports game on you could think of while serving great food with amazing service) This was a great experience and I highly recommend to other solo travelers or couples

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Great location, our only wish is that the property would have an elevator. Everything about this condo was exactly as listed, great private beach to anyone that finds this place.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

This unit has the best views, possibly in the entire town? The condo is very efficient and everything is spotless. Shower, bed, fridge; all were phenomenal!! You will meet with a member of Tropical Homes for the key and a quick introduction to the area. Covered parking and a perfect concierge to assist with anything you may need. The view from the pool will be a memory I will never forget!!

Really a super cozy place for a family, we felt at home, it has all kinds of amenities, impeccable cleanliness and the host is super friendly and attentive to us having an excellent experience... Without a doubt one of our favorite destinations, we will be back soon!!!

Jack's place was great. It is a loft style apartment with the bedroom upstairs which is open to the kitchen and then a living room in the back. The kitchen was nicely equippped including a full sized stove and oven. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. As was the washer/dryer. The pool was a huge bonus and it was clean and well maintained. We sat outside most evenings and enjoyed the cool breezes. The A/C worked well and was easy to use. It was about 5 - 7 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to some great restaurants. You could also walk into downtown Coco in about 10 minutes - either along the road or the beach. We found bringing a small flashlight handy for walking at night. Thanks Jack for a great stay!

Great place! Close to the beach, restaurants and inside the condo is very quiet. The apartment is full equipment, and clean. Great host too! Very communicative

Miguel's place was amazing! He has so many extra amenities and snacks I wasn't anticipating (we had some popcorn while watching a movie on one of the rainier days). He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We had an issue with one of the amenities but he was able to fix it very quickly and it didn't impact our stay, and he even gave us an extra bottle of bubbly to compensate for it. We were able to walk to some restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also, appreciated the full kitchen to be able to have breakfast at the bnb. We also scuba dove 2 days with Rich Cost Diving (right across the street) and had a blast seeing all the marine life like sharks and octopi. Miguel really went above and beyond by actually offerring to drop us at the airport since it was on his way. Overall, we really enjoyed his place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It's a very comfortable and quiet place. Close to the centre of El Coco and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Luis was always attentive and we kept in touch even before we arrived. Clean place and all the comforts to spend time with the family. An additional plus, they allow pets

It is an excellent place to stay in the Guanacaste area, Carrillo. It is also a studio apartment, which has all the amenities for its due enjoyment, and is located in an area of great beauty in the Playas del Coco area. Additionally, it is located very close to the center of the coconut, so it allows you to enjoy the restaurants, beach and boulevard of the coconut. In general a great great place to enjoy and get to know the beautiful Papagayo area.
