Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Niresh was an amazing host from the start, very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was just as described, cozy, peaceful, and with an incredible view of the city, especially at sunrise. The rooms matched the images perfectly, adding to the overall experience. The only thing that could make the stay even better would be the addition of a hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! 🔥

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Great play to stay and see the real sri-lanka. Velu & Charminder who look after the house and are on hand for pretty much anything are very friendly and helpful and were great for explaining how things work in Sri Lanka. The house is roomy, the garden is lovely - we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you

He kindly welcomed us, gave us a tour of the building, and ensured we were familiar with all the amazing amenities the apartment had to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, truly meeting high hotel standards. Every detail was well thought out, and it was clear Jay takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest level. Whether it was a question or a small request, Jay was always just a phone call away. His responses were lightning-fast, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We made Araliya our home base for the month of February, coming and going depending on our itinerary. We loved our stay at the house, which is located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the bustle of Colombo. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean, the living room area was airy and comfortable, and the pool was nice. Being able to use the clothes washer was great as we had a little one. The hosts were courteous and responsive to questions we had about the house/stay. What made this home absolutely exceptional is Lalith the caretaker. He cooked delicious meals, prepared tea/coffee, made sure that the essentials (water, etc.) were supplied, helped with organizing taxis if needed, and was considerate to my family when they visited the house. We truly appreciated his care and will miss his homemade crab curry! We highly recommend this place.

I booked this place for my wife’s family to stay and they had a great time, we book entire villa and it’s clean and comfortable, we just had few small issues but it was fixed and sorted quickly. Really happy with response from the host and Mis.Niluka. Just a small note that wifi is not unlimited and better to have your own vehicle to reach the place easy.
