Parking: free carport Direct access to various leisure facilities (ski lift, hiking trails, bike park, etc.) as well as a few minutes' drive to the city center of Deggendorf.

Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Modern, quiet and cozy

Newly renovated, with terrace. 2 nice bright rooms and bathroom. One bedroom and one living room with kitchen and dining area (4 seats). It is completely refurnished, modern, friendly and bright. The double bed is 1.60 metres wide. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (1.40 m wide). The kitchen is fully equipped. Joggers, cyclists and nature lovers will get their money's worth. The cycle path is right on the doorstep and leads into the Donauweg.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
