Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Restaurants, shopping, Drive-in movies, antiquing in nearby Warwick. Fall color, apple picking, gas fireplace (in season). Winter, ski, snowboard, tubing. Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

Little Minka - Japanese House in the Woods

Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub on request. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
