The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

First time stayed in this property. Really nice place. Have stayed in a few in Southwold. I needed a ground floor property as I have mobility issues. There are 2 steps at front door but there is a small handrail. For me personally it could have been extended on the rest of the wall or what is there longer . And one step indoors up the hallway But would love to go back to this property Had everything you needed and more. I would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Samantha’s Penthouse apartment was exactly as described and so much more. So airy and spacious and decorated so lovely and thoughtful. Had me looking where things came from to get for my own home. Communication was perfect, also checked in with us to see everything was ok and checked in smoothly. Location was just enough out of Southend to have a good 20 min walk to the pier. Recommend the train on there as well. Toby Carvery was 2 min walk and easy food for a night out. Also the chip shop 5 mins walk was really nice too. Overall such a lovely stay and shall be returning as some point. Thank you ☺️
