Our home is located on the Trout Run bike trail (an 11-mile paved loop which winds through Decorah). It is a mile walk to downtown Decorah, and less than 2 miles from Luther College. This cozy apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring, canoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, and checking out the local breweries.

The Retreat at is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment within a historic building built in 1874. The Retreat occupies the entire second floor of the brick house which was completely renovated in 2014. Located just 1 block from downtown Decorah and in walking distance to many popular restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and beautiful walking/biking trails. Abundant natural light, 10 ft. ceilings, and full of historic charm with modern conveniences.

Formerly Del Sol Chocolate factory, the space is in a quiet, residential area close to Eckhart Park and within walking distance to all of the great spots. Apartment is an addition off of the back of my house, with views into the backyard, and with a private entrance. The apartment features a full bathroom with a shower, and also a kitchenette. (small frig., toaster oven, french press). Wifi is available, and also internet access with ethernet is. Fragrance free.

One Bedroom with Kitchenette - Red Door

Our convenient in-town one-bedroom has recently been converted! One room has a queen bed, other room as a comfy fold out couch. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a sink, microwave, apartment fridge/freezer, Kuerig coffee maker and more. It also has a full bath. This apartment is on Main Street and can be a bit noisy from the traffic during the day and in the morning. It is generally quieter at night but bring earplugs if this bothers you.

Berry Hill Flat

Berry Hill Flat sits perched on a bluff above Trout River Valley. Trout live in beautiful places and so do we! The Flat offers a king bed in the bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, twin bed, and private ground floor entrance. It is the lower level of our beautiful log home nestled in the walnut trees. Minutes to Decorah, Waukon, or the trout stream in the Valley below.
