Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dearborn Heights

We have stayed at Franca's a few times and it's always a wonderful spot!

This was such a charming, homey space in a classic neighborhood - crowded houses but signs of welcoming life. Street parking was packed but there were always spots, no issue, just be ready! The rental was comfortable, great bed and great couch, easy to navigate and use kitchen. AC is a window unit, but it works incredibly well - box fan found in the main bedroom closet helped move chilly air into the room at night, which was necessary for our heat warning days there! Slept like a baby. Wish we'd been there for more than a couple of nights, would go back in a heartbeat.

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. I would highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay again if I'm the area. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Kathy!

Anthony was very responsive! He answered all questions right away. He sent messages to check in on us and made sure we felt at home. The neighborhood is very quite. Space was perfect distance from the free to our event parking was a breeze! Plenty of spaces even during the late night early mornings. Definitely will be visiting again!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. I couldn’t agree more with all the wonderful reviews. I hope to use it again in the future. Trina was a great host.

Great place. Perfect location, very spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Great hosts too. Responsive, accommodating. It can get a bit noisy with the bar downstairs, but that is mentioned in the listing + noise stops at 11pm, and only happens a couple of times a week. Plus: if you're cool, you'll just walk out, 5 steps, and join the fun at the bar (Jazz, Vinyl nights, etc). Internet wasn't great. But still, a perfect spot to spend a few (or several) days in Detroit. Will be back!

I came to Detroit for a concert at the Masonic Temple. It was an easy walk to and from. Great restaurants & bars within walking distance. You can literally see Comerica Park & Little Caesars Arena from the building. Easy to get to from the freeway, easy parking & navigating. The check in instructions were very clear, and I appreciated the photos to help understand. The space is quaint & full of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen & bathroom. It felt like a space I would live in. The elevator was out of service, but Paige was 100% up front about this & I didn't mind the exercise going up & down the stairs. I will definitely keep this space in mind for future concerts & Tigers games!

My family and I loved staying at Jordan's house. It was as pictured. The kitchen is adorable. The house had everything we needed. I wish we would have sat in the back yard every night, we only sat back there one night. It is beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to everything we wanted to do. I would absolutely stay there again.

My friends and I rented this AirBnB for one night as we were celebrating my 21st birthday and wanted a little getaway from the Canadian side of the border :) We opted to stay outside of Detroit proper to be able to have a quieter environment with our own individual spaces - and this is exactly what we got! We were only a short Uber ride away from downtown. We were very grateful for flexible check in and out, which Adam assisted us with. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for one night, including some complimentary snacks and gatorades (thank you!). The bedrooms are all good size and the closet space is adequate if you need that. The outdoor seating area is comfortable and we ate dinner out there! We would definitely book again.

It was a great place to stay! I will definitely be looking to stay here next year for my tournament again! The neighborhood is very safe. Very quiet! You will definitely feel at home when you are on a vacation and stay here! I recommend for anyone who is traveling to the area! Parking was very easy as there is a driveway! Ron is probably one of the best Hosts I've ever had with my stay at AirBnB. A storm knocked our electricity out a few hours after check in and Ron came and set up a generator so that we could have light and be able to function until it came back on. He even came overnight and continued to put gas in the generator. Ron was super responsive and always helpful! When I come back to Michigan, I will definitely be looking up this place again. My kids really enjoyed themselves and had a great time!

My stay at Gypsy Sands was a very positive experience. The host demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in the interior design and furniture placement, complementing the well-maintained exterior landscaping. The interior provided a remarkably cozy atmosphere, enhanced by a comprehensive selection of amenities, including games, dishes, a Keurig, crockpot, and an air fryer. The pre-loaded streaming apps on the TVs were a great touch, catering to guests of all ages. It's worth noting that the jacuzzi tub was not operational; however, Kim was transparent and honest about this when I inquired. The gender-neutral and calming decor contributed significantly to a comfortable, home-like ambiance. I also commend Kim's exceptional responsiveness to all communications.

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family's needs. The location was perfect: centrally located with easy access to Dearborn, downtown Detroit, and the airport, which made getting around super convenient. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great value, and we would definitely stay here again!

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes
