Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Davis County

Out of all the ABNBs we have stayed at, this has been the nicest. Very clean, real/sturdy furniture, roomy and nice views. We stayed 2 months and never heard our neighbors. Really convenient location, close to everything you need (including downtown) without being in the middle of everything. Theres a decent amount of grass for dogs. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The only (small) downside to this place is the parking. The lot is very tight. If I come back out to SLC, I’ll stay here every time.

Outstanding location and apartment

This was a great place! Tim’s apartment was clean and quaint. I loved the rooftop pool! It was close in close proximity to everything downtown and I was able to walk everywhere. There is a nice free parking garage and a nice little spot for drinks and food on site. Tim was very responsive and was always willing to give me advice about local spots to try. I will definitely stay here again!

This Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was more that what we expected. it slept comfortably 5 adults and 2 dogs. top of the line amenities. This home was close to Interstate 15 and most restaurants were 15 -20 mins or less. The host was very responsive and accommodating. thank you for making our Christmas everything and more. Your establishment did not disappoint. I would love to stay with you again if I am ever back in Utah.

My husband and I loved how peaceful our stay was. We were able to get some stress free rest in. The space is just as described. You definitely need a car to get around. There’s not much within walking distance- but there’s lots available a short drive away. I also wish the pool had been open. I think we booked in between seasons so we didn’t have access to it as we had hoped. Overall great space.

Apartment felt brand new with all new amenities. Really comfortable and very clean. Location was very convenient for our commute to Salt Lake City. Hot tub was very big and super nice and we enjoyed it every night. I was worried about the noise being on the ground level but we had no issues at all. The windows are full length and let in a lot of natural light which I liked working remotely. This didn’t bother us but the streetlights do light up the bedrooms at night a bit through the large windows. The blinds are cool full length floor to ceiling blinds but white so some light does get in.

I have nothing but good things to say about it. The apartment was perfect. It was so spacious and clean! I loved it. It had everything I needed and more. I would definitely stay here many more times and I recommend it to anyone who wants a secure place to stay. Internet service, washer and dryer in unit, comfy bed, lots of natural light and windows, privacy, great kitchen and bathroom was huge!!! Plus the closet space was awesome. I’m very happy with my stay.

The space & location was exactly what we needed for our family! This home had plenty of space in every room to include: extra linen, comforters, washer/dryer (pods/dryer sheets), towels for the Jacuzzi, yard games and basketballs. TVs in every room, surround sound music throughout the house and outside (just plug in your phone and play your tunes, turn the volume up). Double vanities in upstair bathrooms with individual shower/toilet access. There was 2 highchairs & pac n play accessible (this was helpful!) Lots of family indoor boardgames available for all to enjoy. Gas was provided for the grill. There was 10 outdoor chairs and tables to sit around the two firepits (bring your own wood) to enjoy! The grounds were well kept, the bugs were not that bad outside. Mountain views amazing all around and accessible trails for biking and walking less than 50 yards! All in all, this was a fantastic

We had a wonderful stay! The hot tub and theater room were perfect for our family, and the whole place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, and the shower was incredible! Michael was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Would totally stay here again if I came back to Kilby Block Party. It was a great value considering the walkability (about 15 mins on foot from the fairgrounds). Host was friendly and responsive. Very good amenities. Met some new friends — also festival-goers — who were staying in other rooms. There isn’t a lot to do in the general area aside from a couple restaurants and a very good taco truck, but if you’re willing to take the train or walk an hour you can be in the city without much trouble. But, let’s face it, if you’re here for the festival, proximity to the fairgrounds is everything and this place had that down. A++ host and spot!

We loved our time there. It is a beautiful home. There were a lot of things for the kids to do with the game room and theater room. We had a few questions and reached out to Robert who was very quick to answer us. I particularly loved the view from the deck! It was perfect for our family gathering!

Excellent place for a family getaway. Lots of space and a really cool tiered back yard. If I had to add something that could be better.... the kitchen stove had a lighting problem (somebody had tried to repair it, but it was still not lighting correctly.) Brendon was responsive and helpful when he was notified. Also, maybe some more dishes and cook ware--sharpen the knives etc. However, like I said, still a high recommend 5 stars.

This is a nice home for up to 8 adults. Everything was as described. There was plenty of space to gather and to have privacy. The kitchen was very workable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to events in Salt Lake City.

Grant's home is in a great crash pad for events at the fairgrounds. The 205 bus stops just a block away. The grocery store down the street has everything you would need and the taco truck in its parking lot is very reasonably priced. Grant was very generous in sharing the various amenities of his home with guests.

This may have been the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, and I plan a lot of group trips. We were a global crew of 8 in town for Kilby Block Party and this house was far beyond expectations. We all had loads of private space to spread out and comfortably sleep, shower, etc. To say this place is well stocked is an understatement. Literally every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever dream of (there's TWO dishwashers!). The bath towels were soft and plentiful, the bed linens were extremely comfortable and copious (not to mention extras of everything stocked in every closet). Whether its the 2-ply toilet paper (if you're not using the heated bidet on every toilet seat!), the high quality bath products, the exquisite decor, the extremely generous welcome bar, and super clean hot tub....you will have the best stay. Karl and his team were so communicative and helpful every step of the way. Every possible need was anticipated, would 100% stay again. Thank you so much, Karl!
