Welcome to the Henry Connor Bost House. Our home was built in 1869 and has been fully restored to it's previous glory! It is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. The comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, and modern amenities make this country estate a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy eating outside on the large farm table, swimming in the lovely pool, or walking the 135 acres. A second home listed as The Cottage at Henry Connor Bost Farm can also be rented.

Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool (Closed until 5/23/25) . A fire pit to unwind. Back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Full kitchen * Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

Gated, ten acres of privacy for quiet, soothing rest and relaxation. In-ground pool (April-Oct) with walk-out patio and plenty of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor patio heater. Your private entrance accesses the entire basement and incls the 11'x17' workout area with full-sz fridge, air fryer, double burners and microwave. The large living area (21'x29') is comfortable with leather couches and a 65" Smart TV, plus TWO private bathrooms both with showers.

Village Brook

The Village of Clemmons provides a good variety of restaurants, coffee cafes and grocery stores to choose from. Village Brook is 10 minutes to Winston Salem and around 30 minutes from Greensboro and High Point. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is inviting to walk through. Tanglewood Park is only a few minutes away as well. The Park offers a par 3 golf course, horseback riding and miles of paved trails to walk. Wake Forest University is 15 minutes from Village Brook.
