This is a whole-house rental, and you must check in by yourself if you are staying for less than 6 days. My property is located on a high floor above the 12th floor. There is a lift, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board, so you don't have to worry about your clothes in any weather. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom, the quadruple room and the living room all have TVs. The living room has a large 55-inch TV, and the bathrooms have washlet toilets. All quilts are 100% silk quilts, and the duvet covers and bed linens are 100% 40-thread-count Tencel. The master and second bedrooms have SIMONS mattresses, giving you the best sleeping experience. In addition, I will provide essentials such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand sanitiser. During your stay, there will be free 3-in-1 coffee sachets, milk tea sachets, small biscuits, snacks and purified water, so you can have a snack without going out. There are coin-operated lockers near the building where you can store your luggage, solving your luggage problem. It only takes 3 minutes to walk from Taipei Railway Station to my place, and 10 minutes to walk from the Airport MRT exit to my place. Our place is just a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Shuanglien Station, and the living facilities are very good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and convenience stores and snacks nearby, and if you want to go to Ningxia Night Market it's also close, About 10 minutes on foot. Our local shopping area is called Xinzhongshan/Chifeng Street. There's a market at the intersection every weekend where you can browse around. Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and Eslite are also about a 10-minute walk away.Mackay Hospital is nearby; it's also convenient to get there on foot in about 6 minutes by crossing the road. We are located on the second floor of the apartment, the entire space is about 25 sqm (80 sqm), the space is large and comfortable, very cozy, and feels like home.Sometimes it's great to go to a nearby market or supermarket to buy your own groceries to cook. Anyway, the location of our listing really has no flaws.
