Condo holiday rentals in Darwin

Benji and his team was super responsive whenever we needed any help during our stay. The high chairs and cots provided were great, but do note that the baby cots do not come with a proper mattress (there is only a cushioned base board). There is only rain showers in the toilets which made showering our babies a little more challenging. We really like the location of the apartment with many attractions, cafes and even woolsworth just right next door. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the apartment :) thank you for hosting us!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was a great size for the 7 of us, the view from the deck was beautiful, the park across the road was great and the location was convenient. Apartment well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Tennis court and pool were fun too :)

We stayed a week at Jacobs place and it was awesome. He’s such a nice, chill and welcoming guy who made us feel like home. The place is awesome and has an amazing view over the little Harbour. A big plus is the big kitchen, terrace to relax and the spa. I would always come back and recommend the place to anyone! Thanks Jacob!

We had a short stay of seven days and we were extremely happy with our accommodation. The apartment felt like a home and was extremely comfortable. The apartment was close to everything and we could easily walk to where we needed to go. Any questions we had were answered quickly and a late check out was accommodated for us which was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Had a few issues but they were more than quick to help us sort them out so we could enjoy our stay !

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.

Great spot, great amenities perfect host.

Jacob is a fun guy and it was lovely staying with him :) The apartment has a beautiful view and having the pool and spay around is just amazing. The room is nice but if you're travelling with lots of luggage it might get a bit cramped (we're backpackers, so it was fine). If you like walking Darwin town center isn't too far but takes about 30min, otherwise catching an Uber is not expensive if you're feeling lazy. The are around the apartment is nice, clean, safe and quiet. We loved our stay here and can't recommend this place enough!

We had a great stay at Swornima’s place, it was very close to the main town centre and the apartment was modern and clean. The only thing is the bed felt a bit small for two adults and the mattress was dipping on the sides. Apart from that we had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely :)

Alisa is a great host just getting, starting on her Darwin Airbnb journey. It was lovely meeting her on check in. It’s a spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Great location! Would stay again and recommend others.

Ben is a great host. My son had a nose bleed a couple nights and while I tried my best to wash out the stains, I communicated the issue and he was very understanding. I replaced the linen - Ben was very professional in the matter - took photos of everything affected and laid out the price. The location is great, close to everything! We enjoyed the markets whilst on a medical trip from remote community. He’s got some Tupperware for the kids and some camp chairs if you need them- with two bathrooms! And a coffee pod machine. We are grateful for Ben, his understanding and thoughtfulness.

You won't find a better location, waterfront, walkable and fabulous restaurants. The apartment had everything you need to cook in (if you wanted), beautiful and clean, great views from the covered patio, air con and ceiling fans, a really comfortable stay. We loved Darwin, would stay here again, highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house and location were just perfect for a Darwin weekend: the only downside is you only get one key so if the group splits up it can be tricky and they mention blow up beds in the description but we couldn’t find them anywhere. Still we made the most of the beautiful space!

The place was spacious and very comfortable with fans all over the property. My wife and I had nine lovely days in a very quiet location that is within walking distance to Darwin’s main centers like Cullen Bay, Mindil Beach and the CBD. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.
