Our vacation house is a semidetached house with 95 sqm for living and a garden. In the basement is an open kitchen with a dining table for up to eight persons. The living room is comfortable and includes travel guides of the region, books and CD's from Classic, Jazz and Pop music. The bright bedrooms are in the first floor. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping floor for Person 5 and 6 if necessary. You will also find several table games for children and adults, colour pencils and puzzles. The terrace is equiped with aluminium-teak-furniture, a sun umbrella and a sun awning. You will find a barbecue, sand toys and a spade for children plus two sunbeds in the garden shed. The WIFI access is for free, but the connection can´t be guaranteed. There is no charge for using the washing machine. This house really contains everything you need to have a relaxed vacation with your friends or family! Stay with us in Haus Windlicht. NOTE: Bed sheets and towels are not included ( 18 € per person ) ! There is a 15 € per person per night fee on top, starting from person 4

Sky & wood

The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2€ coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

The Bodden with swimming area, playground and barbecue area is only a few minutes walk away, and this place is also the ideal place to find peace and relaxation in the high season.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

Simply end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house can accommodate the whole family and still has enough retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

Ankerplatz 1 in Zingst

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

Large house right on the water

The two-storey holiday home is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private jetty. The large terrace by the house and the garden invite you to linger. You can explore the surroundings with your own canoe or stand-up paddleboard. You can, of course, also go fishing from the jetty (except in May). There is also a small house on the large property.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
