Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Darling Point

Caz's unit was absolutely stunning, with all the little finishing touches that make you feel at home instantly. We opened the door to find a lamp on with some soft jazz playing. And then we opened the sliding window to reveal the spectacular sound of waves crashing against the cliffs! The unit is spacious, light and airy with plenty of storage space. Everything was immaculate. A beautiful space that we were sad to leave.

Timothy was an excellent host. My son and daughter in law and their 5 month old baby stayed at Timothy's lovely apartment so that they could attend a family wedding. Timothy kindly offered to allow them to check in early and provided very clear instructions on how to access the building and apartment. The apartment is situated in one of Sydney's coolest and most vibrant suburbs, close to great eateries and moments from Kings Cross Station and buses. A fabulous place to spend a few days enjoying the best of Sydney.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

The most perfect stay! The accomodation is in a central location, fully stocked and extremely clean. Chris was also super communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a great location, within walking distance to yummy restaurants and sightseeing. It’s also on a quieter street that was easy to find. It’s overall we had comfortable night stay. Thank you :)

Eleanor’s place is our favourite place to stay in Sydney! From check in to check out, we felt right at home. The apartment has so much history and character - make sure you take the time to read Eleanor’s family history with the apartment in the compendium - wow. It is beautifully appointed with thoughtfully curated furniture and high quality fittings and finishings in all areas. You could easily spend a couple of weeks here - the bed is comfy, the kitchen has all you need (including complimentary Tunnocks caramels 🤤) and the bathroom has the most incredible rainfall shower head, perfect to warm up in the mornings or wash off the day exploring Potts Point and beyond. The parking was a great help too (we drove from Queensland) - just be aware that it is on street parking. We followed Eleanor’s recommendation and went for dinner at The Apollo - wow! Do yourself a favour and book a cosy weekend at Eleanor’s place, you won’t regret it!

Nina was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Views are unbeatable. Getting into circular quay and other destinations was easy, the ferry being a fun novelty mode of transport. Nice restaurants close by

Cannot say enough about Domenico as a host - always responded quickly, very flexible and happy to meet our requests. Apartment was exactly as the photos showed and was very comfortable for four of us. Location was excellent - very close to Sydney CBD and train stations. Getting around was so easy. Domenico gave us a full tour of the apartment when we arrived and told us all the little bits and pieces, i.e. rubbish collection, key lock instructions - all the little things that make the stay so much easier. Beds were super comfortable. We much appreciated his list of local eateries to try during our stay. Fantastic to be able to leave our luggage there after check-out, as we were on a late flight. Domenico left us to ourselves during our stay which we appreciated but was always available if we required anything. A shame we didn't see you Domenico when we picked up our luggage so we could say a huge thank you for letting us use your lovely home. Hopefully we'll be back some day.

Beautiful studio with attention to detail (great supplies in kitchen, good quality linens in bedroom and bathroom, good air con, easy to open/close shutters for privacy). Easy access to surrounding suburbs/restaurants/pubs/parks. Would stay here again when visiting Sydney.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and there are some great cafes nearby. Sarah was a responsive and thoughtful host. Excellent experience overall - one of our best on Airbnb

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

Andrew’s cottage was the perfect home base for our stay in Sydney and he is a true bed and breakfast host. He was very attentive, flexible, and accommodating throughout our week long stay. We loved being tucked in the quiet and charming Paddington neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great location beautiful property well maintained

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.
