Great place, comfortable flat, local cafes with really cheap and good food, juices, beer and anything you need. It is not a tourist zone, it is a place where people really live. Communication with the host very good, no doubt the apartment is worth its price

We had a great stay! Host communicated well througout stay. Cleaner came and cleaned to our satisfaction. Clean property with all amenities listed- it is exactly like how it is in the pictures. Would definitely come back again!

Kate’s apartment is something special. The building is full of history, her space is so beautifully curated and the views of the city are epic. Kate is warm and communicative and more than accommodating. My stay offered a beautiful entry into Dar.

Cozy, clean and comfortable apartment.The green area at yard and pool add value and beauty to the place. The internet works WELL!! Riziki (the front desk manager) was always ready to attend our (me and my 3 kids) requests and support whenever necessary. The location is good, specially if travelling on holidays as it is closer to beaches but a little bit far from the city centre (it won’t be an issue if you’re driving). I strongly recommend this place.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

I had a wonderful stay at Karim’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect—close to supermarket, beach and transportation was not a problem. Karim was very responsive and helpful. He made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, thanks in no small part to Haika, who was a truly wonderful host! She was extremely responsive, providing timely information that made our arrival and stay seamless. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and truly made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Every amenity was exactly as advertised, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dar. Highly recommend!

I did a sleepover to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday with my friends and a time was absolutely had!!! I genuinely enjoyed the stay, the experience and will definitely book again for my birthday or something like that.

We had a lovely night's stay at Villa Cheka- a charming and secluded house. it was the perfect getaway, with beautiful views from the balcony and a super cute pool that we really enjoyed. The home had plenty of good amenities. We will definitely come back. Next time for at least 2 nights!

Tumi is a great host she was busy at work when I checked in but she always made time to ensure I had a smooth checkin. The place is secure, quiet and quite easy to reach if your using bolt/ Uber. I had a peacefull stay and will definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks Tumi😊

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

Such a lovely little gem! The apartment may be small, but it’s perfectly cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal for a solo trip or a couple. Quiet, clean, and in a great location. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout. I’d happily book again!

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! The apartment building is generally okay — the location is convenient, and the exterior looks nice. However, the interior finishing feels quite cheap. Materials used inside don’t match the standard you’d expect from how the building looks on the outside. It’s livable, but it could be much better with some attention to quality on the inside.
