Spacious room with full items, plenty of hot water, good location, subway station 5 minutes away, convenience store downstairs, shopping mall and snack street near subway station.The outside temperature may be low when you come, the floor is a little cool in the house, the windows are a little windy, and the outside wind is a little cold when it rains.

The location is great! Although the house is nearby, I booked it because my friend came to Mass and decided that it was better to get a room than to live with my family. It was less than a minute's walk from the Misa Food Alley and the bar commercial area, and considering the location, the overall cleanliness was also good for the price. When I caught it in a hurry, I was thinking about leaving my face wash and going home, so I saw various types of cleansing supplies in the bathroom. I don't know if it's a big deal, but I was able to glimpse the host's attentiveness. We checked in at dawn while playing, but even if we arrived late, it was nice because it was a self check-in system.

The accommodation was so neat and nice. It's a secluded location, but it was close to a convenience store right below, and it was nice to have food delivery. It was also good to take a walk in the surrounding stream ~

Perfect location for the cherry blossom season. Near Lotte area so convenient to walk but also distant enough to have peace and silence. You can't ask for more with such a price!! Super deal. On the downside (if any at all) - Spacious rooms altho the living room seemed a little tight for 3 people. No stairs, but it only bothered us during checkin and out when we had luggages. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. It was clean and nice without any clutter. I used two children and four family members, but there was no inconvenience. However, only one parking space is available, and the parking space is narrow, so I have to do it in the alley around the building.. It was a little difficult because there was no place to park because it was all around a bar.

I had a lovely long stay at JinJu’s place. The home is equipped with plenty of amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste l, shampoo, conditioner, etc. And there was even free beverages in the refrigerator and workout equipment which was a great touch. I really enjoyed my time here, it felt like a home away from home.

Nice apartment, responsive host, responds quickly, allowed us to check in early for 3 hours. Recommended.

Overall, it was good except for the washing machine.
