Unique apartment. Extremely clean and spacious. Our only concern was the 2nd bedroom was smaller than we anticipated and not ideal for teens or adults. The wall between the bedrooms is part regular wall, part frosted glass wall and the top is entirely open so not private to lights or sound. You also have to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. Not ideal for us but we made it work. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cute coffee shop around the corner with decent breakfast sandwiches. Easy drive to Purdue.

This was a large, Pet friendly two bedroom apartment downtown. Interestingly configured and full of charm. It suited our needs and had everything we needed.

Beautifully restored older home. Loved the architecture and mix of modern and old design. Clean, minimalist space. Easy on-site parking. About one mile from campus. Kitchen a bit limited in terms of counter space and seating but we only cooked one meal so we managed. Spacious bathroom. Lori was a timely, friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

Shelly is the best! This was a phenomenal find and an excellent place. We will absolutely be returning for multiple stays. With regard to finding the house, depending on what your GPS says (my wife's stopped at the gravel road and mine went directly to the house). When you turn onto the gravel road, keep driving until you make a 90 degree right then 90 degree left. After you've completed these turns, the house is on the right/south side. We have zero complaints whatsoever about the house, Shelly, and the ease of staying here.

Communication with Allison was top notch before and during our stay, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Her place was comfortable and exactly as shown and described. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids to stay overnight and to entertain for a family get together with 8 adults and 4 kids. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms, plenty of seating in the living room and all the essentials in the kitchen. Large backyard for games and running around, relaxing on back patio, and a fire pit to enjoy in the evening. Quiet location, only a 25-minute drive to Turkey Run State Park. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

I absolutely LOVED Michelle’s place! I was in town overnight to register my son for classes at U of I and needed somewhere to stay. I hate hotels and was lucky enough to find Michelle’s listing. What a clean, well-appointed, comfortable bungalow! I’ve stayed in multiple Airbnb’s over the years and this listing has to be in my top 5. She had absolutely EVERYTHING that was needed for an enjoyable stay. The place had a beautiful “vibe” that Michelle set up before I arrived, too. Extremely welcoming!!! I hope to rebook when I visit my son this upcoming school year. Easy five stars for this Urbana gem!

What a lovely place to stay. This is a wonderful place to come and enjoy the natural surroundings. The place has everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch swings and the lake right out back. The ramp made it much more accessible for my father, who uses a walker. Although we stayed for a night on a cross country trip, we would absolutely make this a destination in the future.

We have booked Marissa’s home several times because we really like the cleanliness, location and all the amenities that the home offers.

Burt's condo in Lafayette, IN was cute, super well located, and spotless. everything in the unit looked brand new-appliances, bedding, towels, kitchen items, furnishings. Our host was accommodating, letting me know that the condo was ready ahead of check in time. The neighborhood has restaurants and shops that are walking distance, yet the condo, and the building was quiet at night. I would stay here again.

The best AirBnB we have stayed in while visiting family in champaign . Definitely will stay here again if it's available next time we come up.

We loved the space and the location. It is walkable to many local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and gifts. We took advantage of the ice cream shop across the street. It was fun to walk through the Saturday morning farmers market too! Burt's place had some water and snacks which was great after spending the day traveling. Everything was clean and nice. Burt gave great instructions for parking. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

We loved our stay at Angela's apartment in Lafayette. Plenty of food options within a block including one next door. Scones and dollies a block away. Comfortable beds in both the bedrooms. Extremely modern and looked brand new. Expansive kitchen and living room on the upper floor inccluding a sofa bed. Parking on the street but you have to move your vehicle every couple of hours or use a parking garage nearby. We walked to the Purdue campus across the river. Enjoyed our stay.
