As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house is completely independent: all rooms are air-conditioned, there are smart TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The beds have latex mattresses and pillows and large wardrobes equipped with safes. In the outdoor areas there are tables, chairs, barbecue sofas and a parking lot with an electric car charging station.
