Microwave, coffee pot, cutlery, towel were all new. It's soundproofed so much that you don't feel close to the road at all.

Bang for the buck place near Youngtong Health Center. Recommend to international travelers for their first two weeks in Korea.

Great place

The facilities were clean and well-equipped, so it was so nice. It's nice that the host responds quickly when inquiring. It's a really useful place for the price when quarantining. However, the disadvantage is that I don't know why other guests in the room, but during the quarantine period, I opened the front door number key and came in at a surprise. After that, I took out the battery of the number key, but I kept knocking on the door, so I had too much inconvenience in living.

I rested comfortably for two weeks!!

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Four families stayed with babies and dogs! The host was very! He was kind and responded right away, so I made a good reservation without any difficulties ~ The condition of the accommodation was really... completely clean beyond the cleanliness! The room was cozy ~ The bathroom was clean, so it was really nice! Parking is also available right in the building without having to wander, so I've used the parking lot comfortably without stress! There is also a dog walk park nearby, and it was in a location where you can quickly go 5 minutes by car, such as a convenience store right below, a traders, and a seafood market nearby. If you have another Suwon schedule next time, the revisit rate is 1000%!

Nice room and reasonable price

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. If you have any questions, it was nice that they responded quickly. I felt at home. I recommend it!

I spent several months in this accommodation, and despite the lack of an outside window I had no problems. The host was always able to react very quickly whatever the situation. The location, very close to the metro, is ideal and makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay!

There is no other grocery store other than Traders nearby, so if you need to buy simple ingredients, I think you should buy them on your way!! E-Mart is secretly a street, so it was difficult to carry groceries...

I've been playing so comfortably. It was nice that the scenery was nice and the soundproofing was so good. The owner was kind, kindly recommended the barbecue place, and gave me a lot of charcoal, so I grilled meat for a long time and had fun. I want to revisit 10000000%!
