This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Being just ten minutes to I-40 or boat ramp, half an hour to Pigeon Forge, forty -five minutes to Knoxville, hour and a half to Asheville, NC, surrounded by mountains and Douglas Lake, this home is centrally located to many attractions but in a quiet area for relaxing as well. This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

We absolutely loved our stay and were so sad to leave. 4 families came for a softball tournament with 7 children total. The house was perfect! 4 bedrooms with a door and a play room with 4 bunk beds! The lake was beautiful, clean, peaceful and easily accessible. Plenty of toys to play in the cove on. I don’t love swimming in a lake but this one was so clean and enticing I couldn’t resist! We will definitely be back!

Overall an amazing stay. The home was cozy and the perfect size for the three of us. Note the bunk beds are definitely more for children with the bottom bunk residing on the floor but worked great for us and our situation. The amenities were perfect and there was great lighting all around the cabin .

Brenda is tremendous, her place the pictures don't do it justice. the bad: drive way is slightly sketchy but only if you're not familiar with inclines/declines. shower pressure not the best and had some dog hair around the home. (being critical here) the good: perfect location, perfect privacy yet close to alot, hot tub works great, plenty to do at the home. house didnt stink, no stains anywhere, and Brenda even got my wife and I a anniversary card! Overall' 5 stars 🌟 highly recommend, we will definitely be returning!

This house was amazing! The views were breathtaking! We all loved everything about this house. It had everything you could possible want and more. There was nothing we needed besides having a good time. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We all want to go back! I would highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our first stay with them that we extended our stay with them. Stayed in two different locations. Couldn't have asked for a better host! Our first stay was on the lake. Host recommended different places for us. We had never been in the area. House had enough to entertain us that we only went shopping! Kitchen was amazing. It was just like as if I was home, but better! Second stay was a peaceful camper that had friendly neighbors as well. Camper was close enough to everything but secluded that it matched what we was looking for. Our dogs loved both locations as well. Was not a hassle or headache with the fur babies. To say the least we can not wait to stay again! We were already wanting to book another stay before we even left! Will definitely be booking again.
