From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man aber auch in den Püttbergen oder am Dämmeritzsee. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig.

Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Mitgenutzt wird ein großer, in wechselnden Anteilen wild wachsender Garten mit zwei Badestellen, Böötchen und Trampolin. Außerdem kann man hier und von hier aus z.B. wandern, radeln, angeln, grillen, nichts tun, malen, musizieren in Zimmerlautstärke, glotzen, am Handy hängen oder in Ruhe arbeiten.
