This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Es sind ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden. Ein brandneuer Pool wurde dieses Jahr gebaut und steht Euch jetzt zur Verfügung. As the İztuzu Beach is protected by national and international laws, all houses in the region are located away from the nature and loggerhead turtle hatching zone. A 15 minute drive will take you to the beach. The closest shopping location is 1 km away.

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

Villa Manzara Rudy is in 2023 gerenoveerd en heeft een serre en een extra groot terras. De serre bevat schuifdeuren waardoor het met mindere weersomstandigheden nog goed vertoeven is. Op het terras staan twee grote lounge banken aan het zwembad. Deze renovatie heeft onze villa in verblijfsgemak vergroot.
