This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

It is a very new villa created with the harmony of stone, iron and wood among pomegranate and lemon trees on a five-acre plot. There is a 250 m2 usable area on a 5250 m2 plot. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom-WC, also a WC, living room and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are open to the pool. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and WC.
