The Isle de Goree is a unique place, the people are warm, life there is very simple. No party zone. If you want to take an authentic vacation in the middle of it, Coumbis is the place to be. She is very friendly and warm, but never intrusive, pleasantly reserved, so that living with her under one roof allows the necessary privacy. There are plenty of good fish restaurants, but if you want to have a hearty breakfast, it's hard, but the kitchen is freely available. The location is awesome. It's just a few minutes' walk to every point on the island.

The room is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It’s air conditioned and clean. The space is very peaceful with a mini courtyard outside. It was walking distance to our conference venue and the beach. The staff are very helpful and thorough. Unlike my friend who stayed in the room opposite I had no issues with noise. It was peaceful and quiet. I felt safe in the room and in the neighborhood. Aminah and her team were great. Once with very little notice they prepared breakfast for us. They were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Very nice welcome by Papst, the manager of the house. I arrived sick and Papst took care of me. Very clean place, there is everything you need. There were two little kittens - mother and son that had fun for me. Thank you.

Nicole was a pleasant host who has passion for meeting people. Right from the start, we felt very much welcomed into her clean and beautiful home. Nicole's staff were very helpful and attentive at all times and breakfast was always served with a smile. This place is beautiful and a must visit if you're planning to stay in the Dakar area. Public transport is very frequent to nearby places and allows you to get to Dakar via Bargny train station. Nicole as a host is a very nice person and is very popular in the local community. She can introduce you to the Senagalese culture and lifestyle. Another positive thing about Nicole is that she has a good relationship with local drivers who can take you to and from the airport at an affordable price. Thank you very much Nicole for having us, we can't thank you enough. We've really enjoyed our stay with you and if we happen to be in the area, we will definitely stay again. Excellent host!

Very welcoming, professional and available staff. The nomad is soothing and refreshing, we are in an islets of calm and sweetness. Small important point the photos do not represent the beauty of the place, I recommend it is much more beautiful in person. In addition, the dishes offered are very good.

Very good communication with Pierre and Astou, I easily found the accommodation when I arrived in Dakar thanks to their instructions. Quite strategic location not far from the corniche by car (10 min) and the African Renaissance Monument. Good breakfast.

Great place to be quiet and enjoy the pool or the sea which is a 15min walk away. The property has several indoor and outdoor lounges that are perfect to settle in, the pool is a small place of paradise. The people on site are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. I would 100% recommend this place

Our stay at the Bed and Breakfast Pied dans l'eau was very nice. The equipment was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The terrace is just above the beach, the rooms have sea views and you fall asleep to the sound of the sea. Great. Especially the pool gave the children a lot of joy and we were able to enjoy breakfast by the sea. Too bad the extension days were more expensive than the original price.

We had a lovely stay at Bernard and Sandy's. They are super hospitable and friendly. The food was super! The cottages are fine and the pool was large and deliciously cooling. The Bandia Reserve is within walking distance, as is Bandia Ranch and Acro Baobab. A place to relax and unwind.
