Located on the second floor of a new building in the residential area of Mermoz Batrain, this apartment offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay in Dakar. On the edge of the road so very accessible, it is about ten minutes from the city center and the Almadies. 5 minutes from the VDN, it is close to the Mermoz, Sacré-Cœur and Ouakam neighborhoods. A cleaning lady takes care of the apartment every 2 days. The building has a concierge during the day, a night watchman.
