The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. There are also great hot spring areas such as Matsukawa Onsen, and Hachimantai Ski Resort and Shimokura Ski Resort are also nearby. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. It is a dormitory type guest house using a trailer house. About 3 hours on the Akita Shinkansen from Tokyo, 6 minutes on foot from Kakunodate Station. There is also parking. No meals are provided, but a communal kitchen and lounge are provided as public space. There is a supermarket, convenience store, restaurants and etc. within walking distance. We have shower room, but you can go to the nearby hot spring facilities. There is free WI-FI and rental e-bikes are being prepared in green season.
