The use of the fire pit space is free, and please clean it up after use (buy firewood). - This place is 700m above sea level, so be sure to bring a warm coat as the temperature is lower than the flat area. - As it is a natural space, you may see insects inside and outside. Please refer to it when making a reservation. - 2-wheel cars may not be able to come up during heavy snowfall. In that case, we will help you to get there by car.

Jodongri Alps

It's far from the city, but close to the stars of the night sky. For me, who loves the mountains and likes to go for walks, the Jo Dong-ri Alps is a place where the European Alps are not envious.   Imdo, polished on the 7-800 heights, is a delight to taste. The accommodation is at 450 heights, and it takes 40 minutes to walk to the entrance of the 700 heights promenade, and 5 minutes to drive.   It is best to take a short 5 minute drive up.  The night sky is great and full of stars. If you lie on a weightless chair in the yard and look at the stars, you can see shooting stars and dancing fireflies. It's not crowded with famous tourist attractions or pensions, so it's not crowded. Even if you turn 360 degrees in the courtyard, you can make deep relaxation and memories in the nature where you can see all the mountains. 15 minutes by car to Gangneung Sea, where you can experience rural life, guest house of a rural house

It is a guesthouse in a cottage located in a quiet rural village within a 15-minute drive to Gangneung Sea. The building is connected, but it consists of a separate entrance, toilet, and self-catering facility, so you can have an independent stay (Netflix is available). Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can also have a barbecue experience with the electric grill (no charcoal/bonfire due to the risk of wildfires). If you come with children, you can also experience the season with owners such as the rural grandmother and grandpa. It is not spacious, so we recommend up to 2 adults and 2 children. If you are more than 3 adults, it is narrow. We will also prepare breakfast for those who apply for a home cooked meal such as mom's rice (excluding charges). On the way to see the Gangneung Sea, enjoy the countryside and warm heart together.

The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. We hope you experience the meeting of the past and the present during your stay at 'Golmala'. We have provided a guide to the history of 'Golmala', nearby restaurants, bars, and cafe information. It was officially opened as a Hanok experience accommodation business at the end of January 2023.

Maji is a house in front of the Bangtaecheon Stream, which leads to Gombaeryeong, Gangwon-do, and behind it is a house with a pine tree that has been rooted for 300 years in Dumulmeori, which is wrapped in the skirt of Bangtaecheon Stream. The sound of the river and water flowing non-stop on both sides of the accommodation. It is a place where you can comfortably heal with the sound of the wind and the sound of birds. There is a small promenade along the valley to the entrance of Mt. Bangtae, and there is also a healing promenade along the bank of the Bangtae River. This place is a 10-minute walk from the Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm, and in front of the pension, there is the National Forest of Korea, the best trekking course in Korea. In winter, it snows a lot, so you can see the wonderful snowy scenery. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to Yongpyeong Ski Resort. There is a Hoenggye Hanaro Mart 7 minutes away by car from the pension, and a convenience store 3 minutes away by car. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Gangneung. Take a break with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Especially at night, it is a place where you can see the stars well, so it is recommended to come to see the stars.
