One of the best places I've ever been to! :) really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely enough to cool off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

Very spacious place with all the rooms very well used. Impeccable rooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Solange helped us before and after the stay, with great tips and support for questions. Great neighborhood too. It only ends up being noisy because of the proximity to the airport.

Centrally located, this apartment offers easy access to most of São Paulo’s top attractions, restaurants, and cultural hotspots—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the rooftop terrace. Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

Very cozy flat! Everything was clean and very organized, with excellent condominium structure and good location (market, bakery, subway, etc.). I went to attend an event (I used it more for rest myself) and met my expectations!

Excellent local town hall. Polite and proactive gatehouse, always answering questions. The very good space, very clean and functional. Around the condominium many bars, restaurants and close to Copan tbm. The Metro just a few meters away and despite being the center, I didn't feel insecure, there was always policing nearby. Daniela is super available. loved the stay.

My stay was very good! The place is very cool and the entrance instructions are clear and intuitive. I noticed a few details, such as a stained blanket and kitchen trash full of water bottles, but nothing that compromised the experience. I was already in the green container and, personally, I thought it best.

The stay was impeccable! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, the cleaning is perfect and the decoration beautiful! The very comfortable sofa bed and the security of the concierge and the entrance of the ap is great! Well located and great choices of bakeries and restaurants.
