Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Zio Pippi sotto le Stelle is a lovely studio apartment in the historic centre of Spongano, 5km from Castro Marina. It is located on the upper floor of a structure built on several levels, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access it. It shares the main entrance with two other flats, both located on the lower floor. It is embellished by the Lecce stone flooring and the typical ‘star vault’ ceiling, a typical construction of the Salento region, which makes the room more spacious and airy.

The historical structure of the house is characterized by high vaulted ceiling. The bedroom has a double bed and a very spacious walk-in closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, the house can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom, a kitchen and everything needed for cooking. Nearby bars, restaurants, bakery.

The apartment is air-conditioned and overlooks a lovely courtyard inside, which Giovanna has taken care of. Giovanna and Giorgio do not speak English but will do their best to make you feel at home. At check-in you will be given a sheet in English with information that can help you.
