I've had a lovely stay. The location is superb. The place is clean, bed very comfortable, everything you might need is there. Marco was very friendly and responsive. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent séjour à plusieurs en famille avec enfants. Le domaine est magnifique et bien entretenu, les piscines sont agréables pour se refroidir en période de canicule. L’hospitalité est parfaite. le prix en saison peut peut être faire peur initialement mais la maison, le domaine et la gentillesse des employés le justifie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! l appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. tout est parfaitement propre et conforme aux photos que l on voit. la communication et très facile avec pedro, nous recommandons vivement ce beau logement!

Margarida war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ihre Empfehlungen waren sehr hilfreich und zutreffend! Die Unterkunft war makellos und selbst bei Rückfragen war Margarida stets erreichbar und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet um unsere Fragen zu beantworten.

Tive uma excelente estadia! A casa estava exatamente como nas fotos — limpo, bem decorado e super acolhedor. A localização era perfeita, com fácil acesso e muito calmo. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e clara desde o início, sempre disponível para ajudar com qualquer dúvida. A cozinha estava bem equipada, o que facilitou bastante. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria!

We received a very warm welcome from Bartolo. Interesting, old apartment, part of a much larger farmhouse building. Antique furnishings and high ceilings give this Airbnb a very quaint feel, like going back in time. Plenty of blankets and hot water bottles for the unseasonable chilly nights on our arrival. We loved the ambience, the creative renovations which were being carried out whilst we were there, didn’t hinder our stay in any way. Beautiful views, animals in the grounds, wonderful kind people, made our trip very special. We took the train into glorious old Porto from Mindelo, leaving our hire car nearby. Do walk along the boardwalk in the nature reserve on the coast nearby. Characterful old villages and towns nearby for coffees and meals out. The Romantico drive along the Douro is a must, choose a dry day for the glorious views. We toured the old city and loved both sides of the river. Lots of musicians play there, it was a pleasure to lunch, listen and relax.
