Although the complex suffers from water rationing, there was a reserve that had been provisioned that helped us at the time of rationing.

Overall, Camila's place is great! But be aware that it is the first level above the street and if the curtains are not closed, there isn't much privacy during day or night. 4 floors of buildings from 2 sides can see in from above and people walking on the street can see in from below. Overall it is manageable and ok. The thing that really bothered me is that the host wanted to communicate more off of the AirBNB platform for primary communication! (which I was told as a host is not allowed)..... However, when we needed to shorten our stay and possibly make a change the host asked us it needed to be through AirBNB. When we submitted the request there was ZERO response. Not even a Decline. That is very inconsiderate, especially when it was a potential emergency. Luckily, we were able to stay, but after that request we had ZERO communication with the host for 4 nights. Overall, a very nice property though. I may stay here again, but in another unit on a higher floor.

Overall a very nice place. extremely helpful and friendly employees. some things that are not their fault: the hotel was a bit hard to find (i arrived at night) and it doesn't have an elevator, you'll need to climb up the stairs. the price includes a decent breakfast which is delivered straight to your room. I would definitely recommend it.

The place was great for the mini break we had in Villa de Leyva. Great location, clean, comfortable and the communication from the team was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice touches in the rooms and in the building. Very nice they take your breakfast to your room every day. Definitely will use it again in my trips to Bogotá

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Everything inside of the apartment worked as it should. When there was a problem, they corrected problem quickly. Management was friendly and pleasant to work with. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. The apartment was close to the highway, so I could hear the ambulances frequently.

Very nice apartment, it's just like the photos and description! Super well located, comfortable, clean and downtown.

It is a place to rest and spend a pleasant time as a family since it is very quiet. To highlight, it's 4 pools and 2 jacuzzi so there was enough space to spend the moment with my kids. Something you should take into account, is that the nearest D1 is 2 km away and as we were not in a car, it was to take taxi or collective. To summarize... great place and a great host.

My stay was fantastic. I was in Bogota for work for four months and Vanessa's place was perfectly located, I walked to the office, no need for commuting. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops.

Excellent location, nice spaces, comfortable furniture and excelente attention by the host. The loft is small but ideal for staying alone or in a couple, and I think it’s a great deal if you’re looking for something not expensive. I’d stay a thousand times again here. Thank you hosts! ❤️
