We welcome you to our rustic, cosy farm cottage (circa 1894) which has been in our family for six generations. The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

Heritage Spa Cottage

Experience country charm at the lovely Heritage Spa Cottage, a peaceful 1890-built retreat with timeless classic features combined with modern comforts like WiFi, smart TV, ducted aircon, dishwasher & a cozy wood fireplace. Tastefully decorated with a period theme is two spacious queen bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen-dining space, and a hot tub overlooking the vast grassy yard, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a taste of classic country living right in the heart town.

The Lodge, Little Rock Merredin

Short stay accommodation at a small sheep farm on the edge of Merredin townsite. Lovely peaceful setting, 3km west of Merredin overlooking the Merredin Silo Art. E-Vehicle charging facility on site, and a large round yard for horses (for small extra fee). Self-contained, temperature controlled two bedroom unit with WiFi, kitchenette, small lounge area with Smart TV, large separate bathroom and outdoor undercover seating area with gas BBQ. Undercover parking at the very rear of the property.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins York is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining with single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. NO kitchen. En-suite toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc)

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

The Barn York

Nature enthusiasts, cyclists, and hikers will adore The Barn! Nestled in York with stunning views of Mt. Bakewell, this renovated Quaker Barn offers meticulous detail. Unwind with a movie or wine after outdoor adventures. Experience the best of each season - canola fields and fire pit in cooler months, BBQs and indoor/outdoor living in warmer ones. High-ceilinged open-plan living, two bedrooms, and thoughtful amenities ensure every comfort.

Quairading Quarters

Our little house is warm, comfortable and convenient. It has three bedrooms, sleeps up to 6, and includes free Wi-Fi and plenty of parking. Quairading Quarters has three bedrooms and one bathroom (with a separate toilet): Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Bed You have access to the whole house and block. We live locally, so just reach out via message if you need anything during your stay.
