Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful little corner at Porte du Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located near Chablis vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/ Ratilly/ Chastellux or Guédelon , Arcy caves. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility of adding a crib on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, dish towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Pets such as dogs and cats only allowed and 2 maximum.

Old family farm the house has as a holiday fragrance in the Grandparents' house, no high-tech equipment and attic style decoration of Grandmother but modern comfort in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fireplace for winter evenings, large outdoor awning and ample lawn space to enjoy the beautiful weather. Near Vézelay, Morvan Natural Park, Auxerre, Nevers, the Loire River last wild river, medieval construction site of Guédelon.

Apartment (a slightly steep staircase will take you to the 1st floor) large room with 1 double bed, (umbrella bed) 1 sofa, 1 TV, wifi, kitchenette (dishes, coffee maker .micro wave, electric hob. Bathroom ,wc any business nearby. The car park is 20 metres behind a small monument that is to the right of the apartment (no teleworking). Very busy road. No A/C

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.

This independent residence offers a beautiful stopover in Burgundy. Not far from Toucy, Château de Guédelon, Château de Saint Fargeau, Accrobranche de Treigny and Auxerre where you can find different activities.
