Everything was great, nice place and quiet.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

We liked the house very much, and the stay. Everything is very quiet. It has everything you need to live. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from downtown Quito, but everyone based on their needs. We personally liked it very much.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Very clean and in a secure location which is handy for the airport. Laundry facilities are also available at the house. Well maintained gardens too.

Nice and organized place, it was a pleasure to be in the place as it was very comfortable.

The place is just like the photos, everything is very clean, an excellent place to rest

This is the first time we've travelled to Ecuador and I honestly can't describe how delighted we were with everything and especially with Airbnb! The photos don't do it justice, it's simply beautiful, spectacular view, Diana is a great host, very flexible and friendly, she resolved all my concerns. Nothing bad to say about this Airbnb, I recommend it 100%, an Airbnb that meets all expectations, we would definitely stay here again!!

A beautiful place to spend time as a family

This is a gem. The location is unique close to malls, the Carolina park, restaurants, stores, etc.!

We spent 7 unforgettable days at this amazing Airbnb in Ecuador. From the moment we landed, Manuel made us feel right at home. The property is even better than the photos—private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We were welcomed by Titan, Olguita, Tocayo, and another friendly pup whose name I can’t recall. We also hired Jenny to cook and clean—she was incredible! The meals were delicious and the place was spotless. The horse experience is something truly special—an unforgettable connection with these animals. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Quito!

Place is perfectly located in Gonzales Suarez neighbourhood. Easy to access great pool great kids room. Local or tourist this place is great for a couple

The depa was perfect, clean, with light and well equipped. It had everything you need. The location was excellent to mobilize in Quito! When I come back I hope to go again. it has parking is super practical and walking we are close to Quicentro, Megamaxi.. the guards are very friendly.

Fabricio's place is truly a gem in Quito! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and he responded quickly to all our requests. His thoughtful support made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

This place is amazing, the views, the house (design), the facilities and the location. Contact with the owner was perfect and she made us feel so welcome by lighting up the fireplace upon arrival. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a relaxed place, thanks for everything! 😍
