Great location, especially for those attending an event at Parque Novo Mato Grosso. House exactly as in the photos, all rooms with air conditioning. Gated community, friendly doormen, with security and tranquility. Market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, all close by, no need to use a car. I highly recommend it!

Great location and quiet neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps 15 people. If we hold an on-site event for more people, an extra fee is charged, we failed to describe this in the listing. There is a 24-hour housekeeper on site that also meets all the questions and demands of the house.

The stay was sensational, the service was top notch. Any questions I had were promptly answered/resolved. I definitely felt at home for a few days. When I'm in Cuiabá again, that's where I want to stay. We were in a post-surgical period and the convenience of the apartment helped a lot, close to the main hospitals. The condominium's grocery store meets your needs well, and if you don't want to drive, there's an Uber available at all times.

Our stay was very quiet, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with nearby markets. The condominium is excellent and the apartment super spacious, we were in 5 adults and it looked like they were all at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. Recommend!!!

Marcos extremely attentive to our needs (we went in search of health treatment) as a whole. We helped with everything from entry to the day of departure. It showed many interesting places and helped us all the time. We found everything as described on Airbnb! I highly recommend you stay there!!

The house is excellent. It is huge, with many outdoor areas of coexistence, space overlooking nature, away from the noise of the city. Bruno was a great host, always flexible and easy to communicate. In the end, it even helped us return a forgotten object in the house. I recommend it.

It was the first time we went to Chapada, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!!! Everything just like the photos, great location, not to mention Valeska who was very helpful and attentive, she helped us with a lot of local information, we only have compliments to give. Very good location, due to the ease of getting to various points of the city. Apartment with good space for having two bedrooms. Efficient air conditioning appliances. Easy to enter and exit parking space, with few maneuvers (I parked a medium sedan with ease). Family environment building, with privacy and silence for sleeping. Friendly lobby staff. The washing machine is a differential for longer stays, as was mine. You can walk to gyms, a pay-per-weight restaurant, snack bars, pharmacies and a supermarket. Everything is within a ten-minute walk. I recommend this accommodation.
