Holiday rentals with a patio in Cuiabá River

I recommend it, especially for those who have children. The space offers security, leisure and proximity to the city's main tourist attractions. We'll come back another time.

It was great, it matched the ad, I went for work, every month I go to Cuiabá and whenever it's available I intend to stay, I had to leave a day early for personal reasons but the place is great and the host always responds quickly, always willing to help, we had a problem with the water in the apartment that was unfortunately not her responsibility, it's something that happens, in the end everything worked out.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It has several amenities that enhance the stay. The location is great. Janaína is an excellent host, attentive, proactive, responsive and very understanding. It was worth the experience!

Great location, especially for those attending an event at Parque Novo Mato Grosso. House exactly as in the photos, all rooms with air conditioning. Gated community, friendly doormen, with security and tranquility. Market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, all close by, no need to use a car. I highly recommend it!

I loved the house, everything was clean, the house was in the Rio de Janeiro style. When I return to Chapada, I would very much like to stay in this same house. I found everything that was offered. The host made us comfortable. Mr. Claison, your house is a 1000. Congratulations!!

We only stayed one night, but everything was as expected, except I forgot my bag and had to go back to get it. I called Solange and she soon helped me get back into the house, phew!

I enjoyed pleasant days in the apartment with my family. The apartment was well equipped, with excellent beds for rest and air-conditioning working perfectly. Everything went well. Geovane communicated with me promptly anytime I needed it.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, super cozy apartment, all beds comfortable, bedding and bath linens available. Super clean and organized apartment. Quiet place to rest, easy to access, very close to the mall. The hostess is extremely polite, she welcomed us with a delicious lemongrass tea to help us relax.

Ms. Lauriany is an excellent host. Ms. Selma is also always available. Extremely nice. The place is exactly as described. 24 hr Security and gated. You will feel safe. Very nice shopping mall with in walking distance, literally across from the apartment. Comper Supermarket only a few blocks away provides a great clean grocery store. Airport is close by, not far from Comper. Several good food vendors in the area. If you decide to rent a vehicle, get a small or compact car. The parking is small. If not, Uber is easy to access and we had no issues. This is my second time staying here. My wife felt safe, I felt safe. The apartment is very nice. I look forward to staying on my next visit. You can’t ask for a better host! Anything you need, just ask! They respond very quickly and are easy to accommodate anything with you.
