“La Casina de la Higuera” is a small, independent house, with a lot of charm, a beautiful porch, and parking. Between the sea and the mountains, 500 meters from La Griega beach, between Colunga and Lastres, next to the Sierra del Sueve and the Jurassic museum. A bright open design, for two people, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. With all the amenities, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher... WIFI, SmartTV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO). Nature and comfort.

STUNNING DETACHED HOUSE WITH GARDEN

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

La Casa d 'Abaxu - Collera, Ribadesella/Ribeseya

"La Casa d'Abaxu" is the story of my grandparents, who emigrated abroad and dreamed of returning to Spain to live off livestock. This project did not materialize, but they did build a block. Years later, a villa was built on the block's structure and the lower part was transformed into a second home, which we call “La Casa d'Abaxu”.
After a comprehensive renovation, we are ready to welcome travelers who are as interested in Asturias as we are.

Los Silos de El Correntiu (Silo 2)

The rural apartments Los Silos de El Correntíu are old farming silos enabled as two rural apartments, of two floors each. They are part of an old traditional Asturian farmhouse located two (2) km from Ribadesella, on a 3.5 Ha estate. Each of the rural apartments can accommodate 2 people, retaining its original cylindrical structure, with living room, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor, and a double room (round) on the upper floor.
