My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is just like the description. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy and has everything so you don't get bored, and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The hostess was always in touch and friendly for any details or questions we had. The condominium is almost empty and therefore the pool and the place was practically for us. The pool is large and because of the heat it is always warm. We didn't want to leave. It is a place I would definitely return to.

a moment ago I vacated the house and since the arrival everything was fine, the lady was very attentive and kind, the place was beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it, in particular everything is in order and clean and above all the wonderful climate

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Again, thank you very much Hector!

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The house is very nice, Luz was attentive all the time and very helpful. I highly recommend it, we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is an excellent option for spending several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

We decided to celebrate Teacher's Day in Cuernavaca and this apartment was definitely the best choice. We liked it a lot, without a doubt we would like to return. Thank you for everything!!

Excellent place, very clean and with amenities, it has self-service places nearby. a highly recommended place, definitely worth returning to.

Upon reaching the fractionation, the person in the cabin scolded me for touching the claxon and for not having seen the bell to call from the outside. So I suggest putting ads outside and in the view from the car of "DO not TOUCH the HORN" and another of "TOUCH the BELL TO CALL" and an arrow that points TO the place of the bell because it is behind a palm tree. I know this is no longer up to the host, but I could suggest to management. The host was friendly and responsive and the photos matched the listing.

Very good place to stay, everything was super clean, the condominium is in an excellent area and is very quiet. The common areas are very well cared for, the pool and gardens are very much enjoyed. The apartment is nice, comfortable and with everything you need. The truth I felt very comfortable during the stay. I would definitely go there again. Recommended.
