Holiday rentals with a patio in Cubjac-Auvézère-Val d'Ans

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to show me around. The apartment is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to shops and public transport, which makes it easy to get around. The bedding is comfortable and I slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed me to prepare a few meals without any worries. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I won't hesitate to come back on my next visit!

Fantastic location in the historic centre and wonderful little appt in an ancient, restored building. The kitchen is tiny and there was no washing machine or easy way to make coffee. Courtyard directly outside was lovely to sit in at night. Melissa is very responsive and there is private parking nearby. Saturday market in the town square was excellent.

Very nice apartment, bright, very clean, nicely furnished and with all the kitchen necessities. Very quiet area with parking spaces available and free. A 10-minute walk from the city center and the market, and 20 minutes from the stadium (long live rugby!). Yvan is charming, and very responsive and available. We will return without a second thought for our next stop in Brive:-)

Lovely few days. The location is beautiful. Steve was amazing at communicating and very helpful. Pascal the house sitter was there ready to greet us when we arrived. Hosts were very helpful and kind rectifying any issues etc and their customer service was outstanding.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment and surroundings. The hosts’ design background was evident in bringing together old and new. We were sad that we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant but the grounds were lovely. Private patio was a bonus and every day we enjoyed the views over the river. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at this property. No complaints, there were six of us for a weekend in Bergerac and the apartment was exactly as we wanted. By message, the “hosts” were kind and explained everything very well. Only small downside: the living room shutters cannot close completely, the latch being broken. But it's just a small detail in a great stay, We strongly recommend!

Emilie and Olivier's apartment was well beyond expectations! Every little thing has been well thought out and offered. The apartment is peaceful and just beautiful.

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Beautiful and tastefully decorated home. Great location and all amenities needed were catered for. Leontine was a fabulous host and we look forward to staying again very soon. 100% recommend!

Very good stay at Ricardo's who is a very friendly and available host. The accommodation is well-equipped, comfortable and clean. It does not allow access to facilities such as the jacuzzi or swimming pool which is not disturbing if you spend your days on excursions like us. If you want to enjoy a vacation home to spend whole days there, choose the other accommodation offered by Ricardo. The terrace equipped with a bbq, however, allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

The accommodation is well-equipped and very pleasant. The view is beautiful and the village peaceful. The hot tub facing the valley is a real joy, and the comfort of the wood stove, too. Paul is a very warm, available and responsive host. I would highly recommend it!

We loved staying at the Little White House. Before arrival, the communication was prompt and very helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished with great taste. The location is perfect, on the edge of open fields yet a short level walk to a beautiful bastide with a good selection of restaurants ( even in April when we visited). We brought a person with limited mobility and the house was ideally suited for her. Book and you will be glad that you did.

Gite in a beautiful peaceful Saladin house. Very pleasant setting with rabbits to admire cool in the garden. The interior of the cottage is as described. The rooms are spacious and cool, which is nice in summer. Thank you very much Mark for your hospitality, your sightseeing tips and the bottle of rosé.

A small problem with the entrance (maybe my fault) but apart from that everything went very well, the apartment was pristine, there were towels and other great amenities. The location is also very close to the city center on foot. Thank you:)

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

We just finished our week of vacation in Paul & Elyn's place and it was a very nice week. The accommodation, kitchen, pool access correspond perfectly to the description as well as the photos.
