Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

We have created a luxury space in the historic center for groups, families or individuals with services at the highest level. Within meters we have several of the best restaurants in the historic center, bars, the Museum of the Revolution at 100 meters (among other museums), galleries, La Avenida del Puerto and the famous boardwalk at 150-200 meters.
