What a gorgeous apartment, we loved staying here during our three days in CDMX. The space is tastefully decorated and well appointed. A 24-hour doorman made us feel safe and we had an easy time getting around town. We love the neighborhood too, there’s a great bakery right on the corner.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. The bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

Apartment lived up to our expectations as the photos in the listing and the reviews were pretty accurate. The apartment is clean and comfortable and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Condessa. On top of Milo's restaurant and on Amsterdam Avenida, but still quiet and peaceful ( you're going to get some street noise, but for Mexico City this was very acceptable). This unit is a bit unusual, as maids will occassionally come through the apartment during the day to access the dryer. However, on the plus side, they will make your bed and might even wash your clothes if asked. Also, just a note. We were there in early summer and the air conditioner was fighting to keep the room anywhere near cool. Keeping the windows closed and the fan running kept the room comfortable. Again, this is to be expected and typical throughout Mexico City in summer. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

The space was great and spacious just like that picture description, there's two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a full size bed. The kitchen is a great size, they have items if you want to take just a need to replenish. It was exactly what we needed, the right space and location. Once inside the house, there are clear instructions everywhere -what to do with the lights; what to do for the TV; the trash; dirty towels. Can't miss them, making it great reminders before leaving/check-out. Guess restroom -hot water correctly labeled and hot water comes out fast Master restroom -hot water not labeled correctly and takes a bit for the hot water...but not a big issue. If anything, there was a lot of dust and dirt but windows are kept open for air circulation. There is no central air or mini split for air-conditioning, just ceiling fan and natural air flow with window open.

The house had all the amenities and amenities advertised, for a work trip like mine was the perfect place as it is well located and easily accessible to get around.

My stay at this house was excellent. From the beginning, my host was very communicative and always attentive to any questions or needs. The house was in perfect condition, impeccably clean and with all the details taken care of. In addition, it is a very cozy space, ideal for resting and feeling at home. A very good accommodation and a very good experience, the area is very quiet, has surveillance and controlled access, also with security. The stay was very comfortable, Édgar was very kind to us, he was always attentive to our messages and was very friendly, also to help us with schedules and doubts we had. We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the museum of tolerance and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !
