A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.

A peaceful oasis surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that guarantees peace and quiet where to relax. The neighborhood has a pool, a golf course as well as general sporting facilities including tennis, padel and basketball courts. Moreover, there is also network of paths to go for walks or runs. The home is an ideal base to discover the diverse region of Cadiz as well as Andalucia. From its Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines to the mountains and historic sites and towns.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
