A few steps from a mini super and a gym. The area is quiet and the street is in development since houses are being built, it is considered a popular area but it has a very good location. Please respect check-in after 3pm to 10pm. In this complex there are only two apartments and a room.

The space has a window overlooking the park/street, on certain dates it is possible that you may hear noise from the city. The stay ONLY includes cleaning at the end of your stay. You can request cleaning at a cost per occasion. It would take place between 3 pm and 4 pm.
